Our staff are highly trained and qualified Microsoft Certified Professionals and come from an IT and customer service orientated retail background.

We continually work with our biggest partner, Microsoft and other partners to improve our portfolio of products to deliver a high-quality solution that you can use from day one and rely upon. If things do go wrong, we are there to assist and put right, keeping you in the loop at every step of the way.

Each call, email or other contact by whatever channel we take is logged in our internal Microsoft Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). We were one of the first UK Dynamics Retail partners to use CRM and as such all cases and queries are logged against a unique reference number to ensure no query or issue, how big or small, drops through the net.
