Data Management Extension
Let the data management extension make importing and maintaining your items easy.
The Data Management module allows you to manipulate data in 'bulk' rather than at each individual stock card level. This manipulation includes the controlled data import from suppliers catalogues.
Choose from the following six import and maintenance options:

Item Import (Multiple Suppliers) - Items can be maintained and an import option is available. This allows a bulk import (from an excel spreadsheet) and updating of items for Multiple Suppliers within the RMS database.
Item Import (Single Supplier) - Items can be maintained and an import option is available. This allows a bulk import (from an excel spreadsheet) and updating of items for a Single Supplier within the RMS database.
Item Maintenance - Item attributes can be maintained in a spreadsheet style format, which allows mass changes to be made to the items. These changes can then be saved to the RMS database.
Item Migration - Allows the importing of new items only into RMS. This works in exactly the same way as 'Item Import Multiple Single Supplier' but the difference is that you do not have to specify a supplier for which you are importing the items for.
Item Price Maintenance - Allows storage of up to 30 prices against every item. These stored prices can then be applied to the item price or sale price by using the formula feature of Data Management. Sale dates and schedules can also be administered.
Supplier Import & Maintenance - Supplier details can be imported and maintained and saved to the RMS Database.
