RMS Supply Coffee Shop and Delicatessen EPOS Solution to Pharlanne - Edham House Hotel

RMS is pleased to welcome on board our latest customer "Pharlanne" - part of the Edham House Hotel group of companies. Based in the heart of Kelso, Pharlanne is an upscale Coffee Shop, Delicatessen and Bistro serving the community throughout the week.

Pharlanne serve a mouth-watering range of local, regional and continental authentic fine food produce to tempt customers, as well as showcasing some of the best Artisan Producers. In addition to the tasty food, a large range of wines and spirits are stocked. Just perfect for putting your feet up for a little while is a lovely sit-in coffee area. RMS has supplied an all-in-one fully integrated EPOS terminal and integrated chip-and-pin, along with, goods-in, purchase ordering and back office / reporting modules. Our integrated Hospitality Add-in provides the ideal companion to RMS Store Operations to allow fast product selection of food / drink items, menu switching as well as table ordering / check printing etc.

RMS have also supplied an Avery Berkel price label printing weighing scale which is read by the EPOS via a special price embedded bar-code.

RMS provided tailored scoping and workshop services to fully understand Pharlanne's requirements before delivering the system. This allowed us to fully tailor the system and deliver effective targeted training at a time when the staff had many other commitments hinging around the shop build-out process
