RMS COVID-19 Update

We have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation regarding COVID-19 as I’m sure you will have been doing within your own organisations. In line with advice and guidance at this stage, we have taken action to enhance the safety of our team and in so doing, protect our ability to provide you with a service level in line with your and our expectations. 

We have now implemented a travel restriction policy for non-essential meetings which will now either be postponed or held via a conference call instead. This will impact some previously arranged in-person meetings and we will be in touch soon to discuss this with you if this affects you.

In addition, we have either cancelled or postponed all in-person events scheduled for the foreseeable future and will be back in touch with all customers in due course with an update. 

Be assured, we are well-equipped to work and conduct business remotely, thanks to the investment in communications and collaboration solutions we offer to you and have implemented in our own business. Because of this, our day-to-day ability to provide support and services should not be materially impacted. 

Our priorities are everyone's health and safety and maintaining our ability to support you, our customers. Thank you as always for the trust you placed in us as your provider of vital business services.
